The last day of that fails report-May 14th--TEVE had zero FTD's, which is all that matters...it is impossible to glean from that report whether the reason for the 10 shares appearing for several days prior was a delivery issue on the long or short side...
in addition, there was zero short interest reported on May 15th and May 30th...
