Frank does not like Carol anymore. She is way too pushy. But given this boards anger with Frank - you probably will not care. But - to add some more fuel to this fire - FAN does not like Hinnant either. She strong armed him into the President's position and demanded a $500,000 cash payout. Nice real nice.
