Thank you for your message. I was out from BIOF. But i just read the article of today.

The purchase will be made through:
- proceeding of news shares for 70 millions
- Enron will lend the new company for about 150 millions
- shareholders must do a vote

Where do you see the stock price ? I am afraid they will dillute shares to get 70 Millions

Please advise me.
