The deal that Hansen is talking about is true. There are certain monetary deadlines that are supposed to be met before the deal is final or else it reverts back. So far, to my knowledge, those deadlines have passed and are defaulted.
Some of the questions going around are, "Why would someone buy a network and not look at the financials first?", "Why would someone make a deal that requires them to come up with money on a payment basis without the money in hand to make those payments?", "Just how much were Frank, Gary and Rene paid to walk away when they swore adamently that they would never walk away unless it was going to be worth they're while and the employees were taken care of?".
