Yes, in the deal, Lloyd purchased Franks 53% of the controlling shares of QTN. Lloyd was supposed to make payments to Frank for this transaction. Frank has not received a dime and this deal could be revoked. Lloyd is currently in breach of his contract with QTN and Frank and has no means to make good. An announcement could be coming soon that Fan will be removed.
