One thing is for sure, if there is a payout to Frank and Co., then the shareholders must be compensated as well.

That could lead to serious trouble if it is not handle that way.

lol Hansen- finally frank gets some of his own medicine and gets stiffed-- how much do you think he, Rene etc squirreled away in the last 3 years, though, by dumping stock hands over fist that should have gone to the network? --I'd bet at least 40- 50 million bucks-
