what merger? there is no merger. just Parilla shuffling off some assets in exchange for stock of a company that you won't be able to trade for a long time, if ever. FRTD will stay on the greys and Cascade will hope and pray that the SEC isn't following the story too closely and doesn't suspend them or revoke their registration for their multiple failures to file.
