you hit it on the head actually. it was the most professional thing done lately. by going through the proper steps with legal counsel and all, show the duty and responsibility that it takes to run a public company. that is the reason so many are being suspended is they have done what Donnell did! WITHOUT ANY new shares!! got to love it!

Quasar has hired an sec firm with this industry knowledge for preciselybthat reason and to help follow all laws. Many laws in mj are just being discovered and at the time of that acquisition there were legal problems new to mj industry that ended up arising and there aren't many ways around them.
