Qotsa...you are entitled to your opinions...that's fine. First, they are not in "Trial" phase yet. There is no "very beginning of this trial". However, if it ever goes to trial with a jury, I agree that we are talking end of 2015. If a very large award was granted via jury (100 million), Pfizer most definitely would appeal any extreme large awards. Ultimately, Pfizer loses. Deals has already mentioned that. IMO, this goes away on July 1st. Both parties will come to an agreement and some monetary award + legal fees will be agreed to more than the $2M.
2nd....you mean to tell me that after a year of retaining EVLI, the best they can come up with is sell the company for $.01 - $.03....Nope. I would hope that EVLI would tell Maza that moving forward, you should secure financing (non-toxic), partner with another Pharma to move your excellent pre-clinical products forward and wait for the results of the current clinical trials (Glaxo, Pfizer, Shire). If they are positive, you can ask for a hell of a lot more money that .01-.03.
