The auditors had one of their associates perform the audits but before she was finished they fired her. Then they hired another auditor to complete the audits but they billed ReelTime for the time she spent working on them. The bill was $61,000. ReelTime disputed it. Not only were they being over-charged, but they were taking months and months too long. BH was working to get the cost dropped to $41,000.
Then MF was promised a cash infusion by a big investor who you don't know. He pulled the rug out from under BH, and BH was forced out. The big investor then never followed through. MF was hoodwinked. He shut the streaming video tech down and it was over.
