The audited financials weren't done, but were nearly done for RLTR. That's why they didn't get released. This can take a lot of time for a public company doing them for the first time.
I actually spoke to MF around that time. He didn't want to pay for the audits, we owed money for them. He told me himself, from his lips. He asked me "who is going to pay for them?" All that MF wanted to do was shut-off the company so the expenses would end - and that is what he did.
We had the most innovative tech video streaming company at the time. What a shame all MF wanted to do was shut it down for nothing.
There are creative ways to get things paid. You either have it, or you do not.
