TP, I own shares here because of the insanely good SS, not because of Kugelman or his alleged background. Why do I say alleged? I have emailed asking this question but got no response as of yet, and this is a VERY VERY important concern, because trust is at stake. He answers this question satisfactorily and millions of shares will be bought by people I know here, because right now, even with the great ss, they don't trust this guy just yet. They believe at this point that Kugelman is either lying about his background, or went by a different name, which begs a whole new question if true.

.....blah blah blah....With your background in the securities industry and licenses held, why are you not listed on FINRA at all? Brokers past and present are all listed, from the Madoff guys to the Wolf of Wall Street guys, to even myself, who hasn't been registered for the last 15 years. Dead or alive, revoked or in good standing, registered or not registered, history is there. But you aren't there, and that concerns me and others in my group looking to buy or add. If you could please enlighten blah blah blah..."
I, imo, wouldn't be so quick to extoll his virtues as a CEO just yet. His background in promotion will certainly help here, but everything else is speculative as far as his actual past success and how that will translate here. That said, he can't be any worse than the last guy so we'll see what he does. And by the way, his firm isn't listed anywhere either.
And I hope that Mike Littman is no longer affiliated with this company as attorney.
