Only if the sale price for the issue day is .0004/share; if the share price goes lower then it's a 30% discount on the price on day of issuance. Hell, they could buy stock as low as .00007 /share if the share price goes to .0001 and still make money because FS would be obligated to issue more shares to cover the loan, "to infinity and beyond!" IMO

Then that will take 36b to cover but we are on target to pass 50b in 36 months. There is clearly double dipping going on. I am long here but things keep coming up glass and not diamonds. What "substancial shareholder value" is is up to interpretation. We learned from the par value change what was to come, so this new 25b common share increase is only the beginning but we all can see where were going. 75b a/s to r/s to big board whith production that is not so impresive. I think we will get out of the trips though to keep buying interest. Those of us that are long might get a 10 bagger but not a 50 gagger like we thought. Imho
