Certainly dilution has been put on the back burner now that the money that was going to DVDAvenue has been saved. I would not be surprised if we just saved a million bucks since we were buying the company lock, stock and barrel.
As for CC, the trial ended only 4 business days ago. if this is a material event they still have some time before making the filing with SEC. If it is not a material event and just a continuation of the status quo then we might not hear anything untill the end of the Q which is next week by the way. CEO update is likely at end of Q if they don't have a PR. Either way we will get some news relatively soon. JMO, Joe
