The chart isn't suggesting that people short here. I don't know if you have any knowledge about shorting but @ .00 most retail account holders won't short here. It's not usually profitable or practical when you factor in interest and keeping 100% of the total price in equity. PLUS most retail brokers won't even allow short positions on penny stocks. Interactive Brokers allows it and guess how many shares they have available for shorting?.... A measly 400,000.
