I hold 41.3 mil currently and will 'Keep' at least 30. mil for whatever value a merger/acquisition deal comes to contract/agreement.

some how publish the Nobo List, make it public

joint effort between JPHC mgmt, JPHC transfer agent,
and newly retained auditing firm, recently 8-K'd

If I was ceo, that is what I would do.

Look at the efforts of that ceo from Loftworks, forget the ticker, but it ran from .003 to .045 or so, what was it LFWK, look at the last 5 prs from that company, they know how to do it.

JPHC, get it done

You mentioned naked shorting, the nobo list will identify that, if JPHC wants investors, more so, to base at a give target pps, then JPHC should take additional efforts to level out the playing field.
