Mattchu, I am like you.

I am in this since last May, accumulating along the way by averaging down, have 650k shares at avg price of .012.

So my investment is around 9k. I am not rich like some others that invested here. To me, that 9k is a lot of money!

I'm tempted to get another million shares for around $1200 but right now I don't like this company's chances for survival because of that 8k that was just filed!

Heavy duty penalty there!
