I vaguely remember UAX from the bubble days. Wireless stock. Thought they went bankrupt. Looks like they have no cash on hand, and a negative book value. Quick glance tells me not worth the risk. I really don't like penny stocks unless they're selling for less than cash and book. Gotta have some fundamental value. Again, good luck.
