JT, yes, it's a little different than real estate and it's kinda the same too.
I'll sorta agree about the PR but don't know for sure. Regarding inspections, you gotta pay for those too. And the termination fee? That's in some RE deals too, though it's structured and worded differently. Plus we don't know if they even had to pay anything for that in the first place.
