Sent, then he should have kept it private, but since it's a public company we have to right to at least voice our opinion of JF's antics and lack of good business decision.

If it were to make a difference, i would put in a vote of 'no confidence' in our CEO's handling of OUR company. And vote for a better replacement.

The company and it's model i believe in, but the managements handlings of things in the past 2-3 years has been pathetic.
