Glad it does. It was overall a good decision to drop the merger completely. We would have lost money on the deal for sure and would have ended up with lots of crappy porn inventory that we had to waste time selling off.
Look.Dvd probably had a good size warehouse with good rent already set up for this business.We are moving at a pretty fast pace here as most will realize pretty soon.More than likely most of their customer base was porn as the porn would be gone if we went forward.Warehouse-good for us.Porn customer base-bad for us.It probably was not worth it for us to just get a few customers and a warehouse and some people.Smart move in the end.
