I fully agree that the audit not getting done yet is the big reason for the volume dry up and low SP. I'm mixed on how low it may drift.
I too don't think it's a scam. SS not abused, no big dumping/new issues into good news, ungagged TA, insider common shares. If those revenues are plausible the audit will be done.
One has to believe the audit will get done if they think it's not a scam. Since you think it's not a scam, then you must believe the audit will be done.
At this point EP has mentioned it frequently in definitive terms of it getting done. He'd be an outright liar i.e. scammer if not.
