leaving the Company with 865,746,365 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

Let's just call it 866 million shares Outstanding.

Pre R/S

The OS stock is worth 866M x .0075 or 6.495M

The AS is worth 134M x .0075 or 1.005M

After 100/1 on the OS and 10/1 on the AS

OS worth 8.66 million x .75 or 6.495M

AS worth 13.4M x .75 or 10.05M

The AS goes up in price by a factor of 10. Now the company can dump those shares on the market and drive the price right back down but making lots of bucks for themselves.

Win Win for the Company and the owners...Lose Lose for the current shareholders.

Is that about right????
