GameZnFlix, Inc. Opens Distribution Center in Maryland and Cancels Purchase Agreement With DVDAvenue
FRANKLIN, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/21/2006 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, is opening a new distribution center in Maryland after cancelling agreement to purchase DVDAvenue.
John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated: "We will be opening a new distribution center in Maryland to replace the one that would have been part of the acquisition of DVDAvenue. We choose to cancel our agreement to purchase DVDAvenue after further discussions with their management regarding the make up of its customer base. We felt that there was not a good fit between the two companies."
President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Maryland center will meet shipping requirements for our members in the mid-Atlantic states. Our business plan calls for further expansion into Florida, Texas, Washington and other locations throughout 2006."
In addition to the above, the following milestones represent areas of development that the company is currently working on for 2006.
