ONCS... Very nice close. Finally broke resistance and closed above the upper BB. 20MA crossed the 50MA today. MACD crossed over to positive, Techs lining up nicely. RSI only at at 62... Plenty of juice to run. Strong volume today. Volume precedes price. I think ONCS is ready for its next leg up. :-)
