I cannot be right because I didn't state anything. I am just guessing, since I don't know how such deals are done.
As for the big players unloading: first they have to hype the stock with all the upgrades, positive articles, etc. The ideal case make it go above $5 to make it marginable to create additional buying to sell into. We haven't seen this yet.
