What licensing agreement? He doesn't have any patents to license and it seems highly unlikely that Microsoft would allow him to use his agreement with them in this way.
I mean, after all, MSFT wants those royalties so they would be making the agreements, not letting Michaels do it and they only get a portion of the royalty. Doesn't make sense.
And really companies would want to do business with HPNN/Michaels over Microsoft. I can't stop laughing.
