You know as well as I do that the cash figure is a snapshot in time. So should they have not paid the bills to make the number bigger? Cash on hand means little.

If penny stocks were valued on past performance, would they really be penny stocks? Easy question, and easy answer.

You look at a penny stock for its future. Does it have any tech promise? A product in development? A patent pending?
