Petz, that's one of your more idiotic conspiracy theories. Just because no one has submitted SPECfp scores under Windows, it doesn't mean that there are incompatibilities. It simply means that the largest markets right now for the current entries is under Linux/Unix. Last year when Itanium 1 launched, there wasn't as much support from Linux or Unix. SCO, HP-UX 11i, and Radhat Advanced Workstation have all been released in the last 1-6 months. Windows LE was a better alternative at the time. Windows 2003 Server may be a better alternative in the future.
