Oh they definitely have been wanting to keep prices down......that is for sure!.....haven't heard anything about Business in a while......and they have been advertising the fact they want to add 5 more billion.....I'm long pmcm......but I wonder why the hell they want to keep pps down.....who advertises more share dilution if you don't have a motive to bring price down
