$b_rich$, thanks for adding that post. Roads that pay for themselves plus make a profit. What a concept. 42% of major American urban highways are congested. An estimate of $170 billion will be required annually to improve Road conditions including congestion and time wasted (fuel, etc). 26% of that is maintenance alone. Congress will eventually be investing in solar rather than oil and adhere to solar lobbyist. LOL.
