How about a tweet like: Our business plan previously filed, has received tentative approval by the 3rd party. We expect to announce details soon.
Would that satisfy all expectations for the next few weeks? What exactly are you expecting per content? Would a tweet about a merger with a private company whether the name was specified or not cause one to shatter the piggy bank, and buy more stock at higher prices? Or is anything less than a S1 a disappointment, with an appropriate reaction to the stock?
