Thanks to all who replied.
I get what he ( Manu ) is doing and I can't help but think he has accomplished what he has intended to do through this dilution.
1- has cleared or will clear shortly Yellow's cost for entry into the theater market
2-created a bit of a buffer with investors by stating long term benefits and short term trading non- benefits
3-lowered it enough to bring in initial smaller retail investors to enable funds to proceed to stage in growth
4- some will assume profit and move on while many have become quite loyal for this project.( huge for him )
5-created a huge " buzz " and awareness through discussion forums
Last I truly believe that all of this and the prospect of further accolades have motivated his desire to succeed
There have definitely been some mis-steps in strategy and there will probably be more but for us longs with a nervous asurity things may just end well. ( pardon the pun )

couldn't agree more...
the dilution that we all just experienced was the most aggressive I've ever seen... as much as I hated it I was NEVER stressed out over my investment; I'm the same confident about Medient as I was when I first bought in; as I've stated many times here, nothing has changed except that we are almost there ! Yellow and beginning of construction announcement this week !!!

I think that dilution was so aggressive because Manu needed X amount of money by certain time which would be mid-May;
He released a calendar back in March stating that construction is going to begin in May and Yellow release is going to be announce in Cannes... there was no other way around it but stick to those dates and do what was needed to be done; If he postpone those deadlines, we would see shareholders screaming that he doesn't deliver promises and investor would be getting out of the stock and PPS would drop anyway... now, we are sub-penny in a pinky land LOL but we have no debt and nothing but grow from here !
GO MDNT !!!!
