That's not what the Finra employee that interviewed Parilla told him Friday when he called him. He didn't even know FRTD was halted, and the SEC employee was stunned to hear Parilla already spoke to Finra and was all cleared. This is a typical Gov't mess like always, and it's the investors that suffer the most.
Many posters are trying to make us believe that SEC had been "investigating" FRTD for a while, thus the suspension, but now you are saying that FINRA , the other day, had contacted SEC...that goes against "the whole" this has been weeks in the making analogies being hyped. FINRA had nothing to do with this suspension!
