Parilla told me all PR's go to his internal Council first and then back to him for immediate release.

If they have forward looking statements without SEC review, then that is fraud.

If they don't and release promises such as revenues, dealt etc. - then it is also fraudulent activity

The Gov't should not be allowed to do crap like this to investors.

Right, the gov't should let all current bagholders sell so they can stick the loss with somebody else? Warning after warning was given and every stockholder that bought anyway are the ones stuck when the music started playing.

Don't blame the gov't. They are making sure this fraud stops. Blame the people responsible, Mr. Parilla, you will see in time, is directly & deliberately responsible for what has happened.
