There was a touch of sarcasm in my remark. Either that, or he is one of the most naive judges ever appointed to the bench. Oh well one thing I did notice is he was just appointed as a judge. I guess this is where our tax dollars go. (Prob should look back at my other post regarding jurisdiction from a few months ago, hopefully that's the case.)
