Only CFO!
Both CEO and CTO are contribute big in plastic2oil, but both have no experience working as enactive for a public company, so that is major issue here for plastic2oil with its shareholders, only $60m to get processor 3. It is not too expensive, but why JBII drop too much.
If shareholders can hold it, JBII will remain at $1, and I may have no chance to invest, and those inside invest may need pay .80 for those 5 mil shares.
So nobody to complain, let us give more time to new CFO, we should see a new report which can fix all the old communication/trust issues.
