Bravo.....Bravo......Thats right around where I saw the PPS given a your posted valuation of all the assets of TSC - whowever you forgot the satellites. This whole case is wrapped up in a bow tie, the moment this hits the media and/or any fresh pair of eyes take a look at it they are going to sound the alarm. I have a gut feeling not only will prevail monetarily but those who participated in this fraud are going to the slammer.

What other reason is there for a public company traded on the Nasdaq to buy a shell company. Use a 800 number as a contact number and address. Deposit the minimum 5K needed. Declare bankruptcy in NY & deny equity committee at all cost? Has judge lane answered this question yet?

I know I have said this before.

Considering the market opportunity for OTT services with video, volte, security, medical monitoring, automobile, in flight applications , the consumer dollars migrating to these services on a global scale appear to justify such valuations of said assets that will be delivering such services.

I think some major hitters are involved and I am not talking about traditional telco providers if this is truly a wholesale model.

We will see.
