That info is incorrect. there is ABSOLUTELY no evidence that those did not get paid. ask them both why A-Cent was moved? what did those two do that caused QASP to move it to P.A?? could it be those conspired to do wrong? could it be they were involved in something they should not have? could they have taken more than they deserved? HUMMMMM now we have truth I believe.
