If Microsoft was paying Hop-On then yes it would be hard to swallow. Microsoft would be sure that they were entering into an agreement with a solid company.
Hop-on is paying them. MSFT is not giving HPNN anything that hasn't been given to MANY other companies. For MSFT it is a non-event, other than maybe getting some royalties.
As MJFoley said in response my email "I don't think MS cares since Hop-On is paying them"
They are not "partners" by any stretch. HPNN is a purchaser.
It didn't cost Microsoft nothing but the cost of paper and ink. If it is a potential source of money, why wouldn't they sign? It cost them nothing if Hop-on don't deliver. The deal for the phone got signed months ago, where are the phone? Proof is in the pudding.
Michaels has a court case pending now due to a forged credit report! This is a fact!
It would not surprise me if Michaels forged fake PO's to scam Microsoft in order to get them to enter into a deal. It was done as Michaels only intention was to use the publicity to dump stock.
Unfortunately Microsoft was scammed because HPNN has never sold a phone in it's 20 year history. Michaels has handed out Chinese samples as a ruse, pretending to have phones. He will never sell a phone for Microsoft to ever realize a nickle in royalties. Sad but true!
Michaels is a criminal and a felon. This is a fact and it will never change.
