OTC Regulations regarding re-listing to the OTCQB (after failing to meet the rules to stay OTCQB) are quite clear, SVFC will have to have ALL flings up to date, maintain a closing bid price of .01 or higher for 30 consecutive days, submit a new application (if done this year NO new application fee) & the accompanying $7500 annual fee (should they not re-submit this year & qualify this year then the application fee is $2500 & the annual fee is $10,000) & the process usually takes 30 days after all of the above has been done & the review of said for the uplist
