Auditors need time to prepare the work. The 10K was filled with legal documents which need confirmations from the respective third parties. The 10Q was probably just started right after the 10K was issued. I'll give it one more week max and it will be readily available :-)

That was posted on Yahoo finance as though it was a new story. And it had a date of May 20, 2014.
