The SHM did not result in a pump, as I expected. My guess is that the lawsuit put a damper on things.
If one takes the word of the CEO on faith, however, there is no need of consternation. The riches will come to the shareholders eventually..maybe three years down the road. He said that he was correctly quoted when it was reported that he aimed to be selling 100 million dollars worth of stuff in a a couple years.
The CEO did not say how he is to finance any new enterprises, however, nor even pay for manufacturing the Valimed. He has indicated that he will use the additional authorized shares for the purpose of expanding the markets into meth sniffers etc. I reckon he must know somebody that will buy them or accept them in lieu of money..
The new feller that they hired stated that he ain't no medicine man..which was taken as his aim to go into homeland security stuff... I had expected some really specific "disclosure" that he had something going re the meth sniffer, thus igniting the PPS, but apparently did not happen.
The people that were expecting some disclosure outside of the q FILING TO JUMP START the PPS are of course disappointed. I also expected it, even though I have no shares.
Back to waiting.
