why wouldn't gzfx want to be exclusive with CC? this is the best deal JF has ever lucked into. and for damn sure, the only way we can become solvent before the cash runs out.
Actually Bunny the contracts are likely already signed and since they have a 4 or 5 day window to notify the SEC of an material event we still have a day or two more to wait for news. My guess is the news hits the wires this week. Exclusivity is moot since GZFX is linked to the military AFFES already and has been for sometime. CC does not care whether we are in every retailer or not since they will only sell our product to people who enter the store or go to their online site. No worries, hope you a have plenty of shares for the explosive move this stock is about to make.
