It SHOULD all be done via the website...

no reason to spend money on snail mail. Afterall this is a online service that people have to log into to use.

The way I think it would be done...

Users login to DVDAvenue and are presented with the message that DVDAvenue is now GameZnFlix and they are given what ever information they need to make the switch.... they probably have to reauthorize and accept the change.... but who knows.

Let's see if the site comes back up... and you can try to rent some "adult" films for your test...lol... I'm sure you won't watch them...lol
