For the very simple reason that you keep co-relating the Dimension Inc patent with TMMI's TRUDEF. They are two very different technologies. Your analysis is hopelessly incorrect. It's akin to trying to write an analysis on Windows 8 based on your user experience with Windows 3.0.

I must say you have a formidable task ahead of you trying to discredit the relationship between TMMI and RATHEON.
