It confirmed sell signals back on April 23 based on the stochastic indicator. The technical exit sell price was about $74. Not but the top but was near enough as it confirmed using 15-5-5.
Attaching some bollies I see two things that say this down cycle is almost complete although I think there will be additional downside movement the next few days.
1-There was an upside gap which occurred on April 9th. This gap begins at $52 ½. This gap will likely fill on this cycle down but a bounce reversal could conceivably happen at about this area. 2-Stochastic is under 20 which is bottom range and strong lower support exists at $50 which is where I think the stock is headed based on the weal looking $COMPQ. 3-Note that money flow is turn up. This means that CHKP is under accumulation.
There are several ways that you could play this stock depending on your entry. If you like it and are underwater, you could just place some mulch around it and add some water and sit back and wait for it to grow. :8-)
