"Resolution independance" and "Unsuitability of fractal algorithms for surveillance applications"
DueDee3, why am I not surprised that you continue to spread misinformation? TRUDEF is NOT based on VDK2 as described in Dimension's bogus 8,639,053 patent and it is becoming very apparent that that you have got it all wrong. VDK2 was an experiment to improve compression time on old IBM PVS supercomputers back in the 1990s and as I have previously pointed out to you TMMI has made it very clear that it is shelving this obsolete code. The lawsuit is NOT about a fight over technology, its about putting an end to the Dentist's tortuous interference in TMMI's affairs over the past 14 years period.
As for fractal scaling, you couldn't be more wrong. Have you ever heard of Genuine Fractals 5 and 6 (now called Perfect Resize) for still images? It is regarded as one of the best image scalers available in the market place today. Take a guess as to the origins of that product? You clearly are not earning what little remuneration you may be getting for maintaining this misleading blog about the wrong software. But I take it that you're much smarter than Raytheon and they lack your "expertise" in determining the viability of TRUDEF in their field of operations.
Good luck on your mission of discrediting TMMI's TRUDEF's fractal compression software that has clearly surpassed your "history of working" with Iterated's outdated VDK2.
Let the games begin...
