I love how Apple's recent raging success is a death sentence, but Intel's distant history promises that they'll dominate mobile even though they're struggling to even gain a foothold...

It makes some sense from the point of view of shares. You're looking for where the market may have overvalued or undervalued the shares because they projected past success or failure too far. And as they say at the bottom of everything past performance etc... Mind you it is unfortunately easier to maintain failure than success.
