PMCM cited the recent court injunction with Canada by Judge Mansion granting already licensed producers under the old regulations to continue producing for themselves or for their already established clients and in the financials they specifically cite this as a reason for postponing the move into Canada's market with Cannamed so as of right now the deal is not finalized. But an independent lawyer assessed the situation in PMCM and in the filing it states a 90% probability of the decision being overturned. So they still plan to move ahead and will be licensed before the end of the year it seems.
Also, they stated that legislation in LA changes daily and so they decided not to pursue a license in LA until laws change. Both state and federal. But they specifically stated they still will keep the lease. Which means we are throwing money away in LA on an empty building rather than putting it to good use in my opinion.
Also, there was not much detail on Suzie Q's but I think this component will really add value to this stock in the next few months. They are also obtaining a Tier 3 license to grow and this is technically a recreational type of license to grow but they stated specifically in the filing and in other press releases that they only plan on dealing with the medicinal market in Washington state for now. Still this is huge.
Looking forward to more updates soon. From my current calculations this stock is still undervalued. If the share structure has doubled I would still think this stock is undervalued when future revenue is taken into consideration in my opinion.
